Orygen Specialist Program provides specialist mental health services for young people aged 15 to 25 who reside in the western and north-western regions of metropolitan Melbourne.

Beyond Blue
Beyond Blue has a youth website with loads of information and resources and also a 24-hour helpline and chats online (3pm – 12am) for those experiencing mental health needs. Both the telephone line and online chat are staffed by mental health professionals. There is also an email contact option for young people where they will hear back from one of their trained mental health professionals within 24 hours.
